For this hike, we traveled to the Loonse en Drunense Duinen also known as the Brabants Sahara, and honestly? It was a surreal experience trekking through the shifting sandscapes, it’s shocking to realize a place like this even exists in such a small, flat country. The terrain was challenging in a fun way (walking in sand is no joke!), but the views made every step worth it. After conquering the dunes, we gathered for some games, keeping the energy high.
